Your safety is our priority

  • We will be asking you health screening questions before booking an appointment and on arrival to the practice.

  • If you, or someone you are living with is feeling unwell with Covid-like symptoms, we will reschedule your appointment.

  • If you are awaiting the results of a Covid19 test or are a close contact of someone who is positive or awaiting a test result, we will reschedule your appointment pending confirmation of negative results.

  • Only patients with appointments will be able to enter the practice. In case of a dental emergency please call ahead.

  • Support persons are to wait in the car if possible. One caregiver will be allowed to accompany a minor.

  • On arrival to your appointment please scan our Covid Tracer App QR code.

  • You will be offered hand sanitizer on arrival. 

  • Our team will wear modified PPE to protect you during treatment. 

  • You will be given an antimicrobial mouthrinse before treatment.

At River Road Dental your health and safety is always our top priority.  We have strict sterilization and disinfection procedures before and after each patient. As an essential service we are open under all alert levels. During alert levels 3 and 4 our practice is limited to dental emergencies only. During alert levels 2 and 1 we are able to carry out routine dental procedures. Following Ministry of Health and Dental Council guidelines we have introduced additional protocols to keep you healthy.
